The corporate finance is a textbook begins with a discussion of basic concepts, including interest rates, risk and return, the time value of money, accounting statements, cost of capital, capital structure and dividend… This textbook has seven chapters which explains how financial managers can help maximize their firm’s value by improving decisions in such areas as capita budgeting, choice of capital structure and dividend decision. In addition, this shows students how managerial finance can effect the value of the value of the firm. Also we introduce the role of financial managers, the goal of the corporation.
