The ongoing 10-year social and economic development strategy 2021-2030 of Vietnam with ambiguous goals such as becoming a developed country with advanced industry, high GDP per capita, modern and efficient management system, proactive and sustainable economy based on advanced science and technology, innovation in connection with increased effectiveness of foreign relations and integration, enacting the desire for national development, promoting creativity, national spirit and national consolidated power to ensure peace and happiness of people, increasing living quality, securing national defense and national sovereignty, contributing to regional and world peace and stability for economic development, promoting the world position of Vietnam. The Government of Vietnam is looking forward to turning Vietnam into a developed countries with high income by 2045. Therefore, we need to facilitate the development of private sector in association with socialism-orientation to ensure the success of these goals.

Continuing the encouraging successes of the previous conferences, the Academy of Finance in association with the University of Finance and Marketing, the University of Finance and Accountancy, the University of Finance and Business Management, the Institute of Financial Training will coorganize the fifth international conference on the theme of “Finance and Accounting for the Promotion of Sustainable Development in the Private Sector” (FASPS5) to discuss views and arguments, challenges and opportunities, policies and solutions to promoting the sustainable development of the private sector in the next years.

1. Conference objectives and contents

Continuing the encouraging successes of the previous conferences, the Academy of Finance in association with the University of Finance and Marketing, the University of Finance and Accountancy, the University of Finance and Business Management, the Institute of Financial Training will coorganize the fifth international conference on the theme of “Finance and Accounting for the Promotion of Sustainable Development in the Private Sector” (FASPS5) to discuss views and arguments, challenges and opportunities, policies and solutions to promoting the sustainable development of the private sector in the next years.

- Form of meeting: Online and direct meetings
- Participants: Representatives from coorganizing universities and institutes, researchers and scientists from local and international organizations, central agencies, research institutes, and businesses.

4. Language of meeting, paper handwriting

- Meetings and papers will be conducted in English.
- Paper format: In compliance with attached instructions.

5. Requirements for paper submission and publication

- Submitted papers must comply with the content and form regulated by the Organizing Committee; Accepted papers will be published in full text in the conference proceedings, with specified publication permit and ISBN index.
- All the submitted papers must comply with a peer-reviewing charge of VND 2,000,000/paper; Peer-reviewing charge not applicable to researchers, lecturers, and scientists from coorganizing institutions.
