Being present at the meeting were Dr. Phung Quoc Hien - Member of the Party Central - Member of Standing Committee of National Assembly - Chairman of Financial and Budgetary Committee of National Assembly; Assoc. Prof., Dr. Nguyen Trong Co - Party Secretary, Chancellor of the AOF; former leaders of AOF, leaders of faculties, departments, centers, Labour union, Youth union and student representatives.

Dr. Phung Quoc Hien - Chairman of Financial and Budgetary Committee of National Assembly

At the opening session, Dr. Phung Quoc Hien - Member of the Party Central - Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee - Chairman of the Financial and Budgetary Committee of National Assembly expressed his joy and gratitude to the former generations of teachers of Hanoi University of Finance and Accounting, known as Academy Finance nowadays, where he attended the 14^th course as a student. Dr. Phung Quoc Hien sent a deep gratitude to the teachers of the Institute who have trained him to become a successful man like now. On behalf of the Financial and Budgetary Committee of National Assembly, Mr. Phung Quoc Hien sent flowers and souvenirs to the Academy.

Following the program, Assoc. Prof., Dr. Nguyen Trong Co - Party Secretary, Director of the Academy has introduced some updated information on the Academy, the organizational structure of the Academy, about a number of changes and the outstanding achievements of the School in recent years. The Director stressed that the Academy not only focuses on improving the quality of training on Finance - Accounting but also improves the students’ competence of English, information technology and soft skills.

Chancellor Nguyen Trong Co gave sincere thanks to the leaders and the entire Financial and Budgetary Committee of National Assembly, especially the alumni of Academy of Finance who have always paid close attention to the Academy. He is looking forward to future collaborative work with the Financial and Budgetary Committee of National Assembly in the areas of training and scientific research.

Following the exchanges in the big hall, the delegates visited the new Parliament building and took pictures in the main lobby of the House. At the end of the exchange program, leaders and officials of the Financial and Budgetary Committee of National Assembly invited the teachers of Academy of Finance for an intimate party.
