English is increasingly becoming an indispensable and useful means in all fields, especially useful for students majoring in economics, finance, accounting, banking, etc. Improving the knowledge and ability of English in general and English for specific purposes (ESP) in particular for students of the Academy of Finance is an essential and long-term requirement in order to meet the foreign language standards set forth by the Ministry of Education and Training as well as requirements for their work in the future, especially for those who want to work internationally, the Director of the Academy of Finance assigned the Department of Foreign Languages - Faculty of Foreign Languages, Academy of Finance to write and compile the book "PRACTICE EXERCISES FOR FINANCE & BANKING" for non-language major students at the Academy of Finance. This exercise book is mainly based on documents, textbooks of British, American, Canadian authors, useful references on websites, etc… on economic fields such as economics, finance, banking, accounting, auditing, tax, insurance, international economy,…

This exercise book consists of 5 parts with 25 lessons. Each article is uniformly written and compiled with 6 different types of exercises. The content of the exercises is quite diverse and rich, containing both knowledge of languages and knowledge of majors in economic sectors. The content is modern, up-to-date and practical. This book is not only useful for students of the Academy of Finance, but also a useful document for those who want to improve their English for business.
