With the need for harmonization of accounting practices, better understanding of international financial accounting practices is required. Also, in order to enhance the quality of accounting training programs, learners should also be given knowledge of international financial accounting practices rather than just national financial accounting practices. This book supports learners in their studying by providing questions and tasks on general financial accounting issues, then giving answer in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and UK Generally Accepted Accounting Practices.

This book is included in the necessary reading materials system supporting the current advanced education program in Academy of Finance.
