The Vietnamese accounting system is constantly being improved and developed in accordance with the trend of regional and world economic integration. Financial accounting is an important part of the accounting system. Up to now, Vietnamese government has issued Law on Accounting, accounting standards and accounting regimes. This book of "Vietnamese financial accounting 1" is the first part in a series of books on financial accounting applied in non-financial firms in Vietnam under Vietnamese legal system.

This book supports learners in their studying by systemising latest legal regulations on accounting in Vietnam, explaining theoretical accounting framework and oncepts, and providing questions and tasks on general financiai accounting issues.

This book is included in the necessary reading materials system supporting the current advanced education program in Academy of Finance. It is not only useful for undergraduates and postgraduates in Academy of Finance, but also for all reader who want to gain better understanding of financial accounting theories and practices, especially under the accounting system in Vletnam.
