Business, Technology and Finance is a module in the Advanced education program of the Academy of Finance that towards the ICAEW Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (ICAEW CFAB). The knowledge of the module is considered quite massive since it provides basic to in-depth knowledge and practical skills in three key areas of business, technology and finance, helping students meet job requirements as well as keep up with the pace in a global, modern and professional working environment. Students studying Business, Technology and Finance in the Advanced education program are required to participate in the final exam organized by the Academy of Finance and expected to pass the international exam organized by ICAEW to achieve CFAB, in which Business, Technology and Finance is one of six modules. Teaching and learning the subject Business, Technology and Finance, therefore, can be considered a big challenge for lecturers and students, requiring a great deal of attempts, intelligence, time and dedication.

After completing the Lecture notes on Business, Technology and Finance II, our team continues to write Instruction manual on Business, Technology and Finance II as supplemental material for the module. This book attempts to provide content summary, sample questions, as well as self-test questions based on the content of Study manual of Business, Technology and Finance, Lecture notes on Business, Technology and Finance II. We expect that this study guide contributes to construct a rich pool of learning materials at the aim to support students review the module knowledge and develop analytical and problem-solving skills. The authors also hope that Instruction manual on Business, Technology and Finance II would contribute to improving the quality of training and study at the Academy of Finance, towards international professional certificates, meeting the needs of students as well as the increasing demands of society.

We follow the structure of Lecture notes on Business, Technology and Finance II when writing this book. Section 1 consists of two chapters, discusses the external factors affecting businesses, while Section 2 deeply examine businesses' internal factors with four chapters.

 In each chapter, we divide into four parts: Content summary, Concept questions, Multiple-choice questions, and Case studies. The detailed structure are as follows:

This book is written with great attempts and efforts of our team, Dr. Dao Hong Nhung, Dr. Vu Duc Kien, and Dr. Tran Thanh Thu. The contribution of each member is as follows:
