IIFE commences exceptional admission profiles for its DPP
Institute of International Finance Education (IIFE) announces receiving exceptional admission profiles for students based on their high school academic records to its bachelor program DPP (Dual Degree Program). This is a full time course with following specifications: Scope: nationwide/Enrollment number: 120

I. Procedure

  • Based on the high school academic results and achievements (High School Academic Record): 50% of the total enrollment number
  • Based on the national high school examination scores (organized by the local universities) certified by MOET of Vietnam: 50% of the total enrollment number

II. Candidates

(1) Students who took part in national contest for Olympic Examination or the members of national team for international science and technique contests; students who achieved awards in contest of high school national excellence; students who achieved awards in national contest of science and technique includes at least one modules of Mathematics, Informatics, Physics, Chemistry, English or Literature;

(2) Students who are qualified as excellent candidates in 3 consecutively years at specialized high schools of national or provincial levels;

(3) Students who are qualified as excellent candidates in 3 consecutively years at public schools in Vietnam, IELTS 5.0 or equivalent is preferred;

(4) Students who are qualified as excellent candidates in 3 consecutively years and have been awarded in provincial level contests of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English or Literature, IELTS 5.0 or equivalent is preferred;

The above mentioned candidates must have good overall academic assessments at high school and have passed national high school examination (organized by local universities).

III. Criteria

(1) Principal criteria:

  • Candidates specified in Enrollment Regulation issued by MOET of Vietnam;
  • Have passed the National High School Examination (organized by local universities);
  • Must have good overall academic assessments at high school;
  • Admission score is the GPA plus prioritized scores by areas or by candidates according to current regulations.

(2) Additional criteria

  • High school graduation score of Mathematics is preferred;
  • High school graduation score of English or possession of IELTS 5.0 is preferred.

IV. Enrollment Principles

  • Admission process will be determined by priority from 1 to 5 and from above to below;
  • Admission scores will be determined by two decimal extention numbers. For equal scores, the average scores of Mathematics and English will be overwhelming.

V. Priority for Admission

(1) Students who took part in national contest for Olympic Examination or the members of national team for international science and technique contests; students who achieved awards in contest of high school national excellence; students who achieved awards in national contest of science and technique includes at least one modules of Mathematics, Informatics, Physics, Chemistry, English or Literature;

(2) Students who have graduated from national or provincial specialized high schools in: Mathematics, Informatics, Physics, Chemistry, English or Literature;

(3) Students who have graduated from national or provincial specialized high schools;

(4) Students who have valid English certification of IELTS 5.0 or equivalent and must have awards in provincial contests/or above of Mathematics, Physics, Informatics, Physics, Chemistry, English or Literature;

(5) Students graduated from public schools with excellent academic records in 3 years consecutively, IELTS 5.0 or equivalent is preferred.

Admission scores will be determined from the highest

VI. Admission profile

(1) Admission form (provided by IIFE)

(2) Individual documents including:

  • Hard copy with notary certification of High School Academic Record;
  • Hard copies with notary certification of High School Degree or temporary Certification of Graduation for students who took exam in 2016;
  • Hard copies of others papers of privilege (if any);
  • 04 portrait photos size (4x6)

Students may bring original papers for collation instead of notary certified papers.

VII. Process

Candidates submit their admission profiles directly at IIFE office - Academy of Finance, Room 305, No.6 Phan Huy Chu Str., Hoan Kiem Dist., Hanoi.

Students may send their admission profiles via secure or express posts to either addresses:

  • IIFE - AOF, 3rd Floor, Room 305, No.6, Phan Huy Chu Str., Hoan Kiem Dist., Hanoi, or;
  • Room 317, Department of Training Office, Academy of Finance, No.1 Le Van Hien Str., Duc Thang Wrd., Bac Tu Liem Dist., Hanoi.

VIII. Deadline and Time of Admission Process

  • Profile submission since 10/7/2016 to 17/7/2016;
  • Admission results will be public since 20/7/2016;
  • Participation procedure will be among 25/7/2016 to 1/8/2016;
  • Accepted candidates must submit original certification of national high school examination;
  • After specified dates, any profiles will be rejected.

Admision fee of 30,000 VND/profile and must be account transfer via AOF or IIFE bank accounts.
