At the beginning of the seminar, Mr. Tran Van Quoc - Head of ACCA Vietnam Partner Development Department gave an online survey of students' career needs/orientation and updated ACCA's 2021 Survey for GenZ generation. and the ACCA Student Recruitment Priority Program - ACCA JOB FAST TRACK PROGRAM.

With the desire to connect leading businesses with potential candidates in the field of finance and accounting, Fast Track was launched by ACCA in March 2020, receiving the companionship of 19 reputable businesses, so far, the program has attracted more than 500,000 turns of interest from students as well as candidates interested in the field of Finance-Accounting and with more than 700 quality applications. Participating in Fast Track, candidates will be specially exempted from 1 to 3 rounds in the recruitment process of the Enterprise, depending on the progress of completing the ACCA degree and the specific recruitment requirements of each Enterprise. ACCA Job Fast Track 2021 is an updated version with more meaningful and practical activities to connect businesses, organizations, schools, students and ACCA members, thereby bringing more opportunities and values, contributing to the development of human resources in the financial sector.

Following the program, the students had the opportunity to exchange, learn and approach the working environment of KPMG, especially the recruitment process of Big 4 in 2 main recruitment seasons (Internship and Fresher); along with that are extremely valuable experiences, shared directly from the Audit Director of KPMG Vietnam and Alumni of Advanced Education Program Academy of Finance who is currently an audit assistant at KPMG.
