The contest has two forms of competition: team contest and individual competition. Each team has to take part in two compulsory exams prescribed by the Organizing Committee and one part is selected by the contest team. Each individual contestant participates in the compulsory exam prescribed by the Organizing Committee and one part by the lecturers.

The team contest includes: (1) Pedagogical knowledge; (2) Handling pedagogical situations; (3) Choose a content by yourself: Greeting or Talent. The individual contest includes: (1) Argument; (2) Choose a content by yourself: Talent or Counseling, guiding students to study, practice or Design educational activities.

Regarding the team, in the greeting section to introduce the unit, with a duration of nearly 06 minutes, the team of the Academy of Finance with dance language, sweet folk melodies of Ly Keo Chai Song and modern rap, teachers has vividly reappeared 58 years of construction and development, from the first day of establishment, through the war and flourished with great achievements today. This is the contest the Academy of Finance won the second team prize. In the section of Pedagogical knowledge and situation handling, the Academy of Finance team won the third prize.

About the individual exam, PhD., Pham Quynh Trang, performed the speech contest "Telling first year students" and performed the song "Teacher with the Blue Title" (composed by Huyen Ngoc). MSc., Ta Dinh Hoa performed the speech contest "Telling the final year students" and performed the song "Sowing words into Truong Sa". In particular, the song "Sowing words into Truong Sa" was composed by composer Doan Nguyen Hieu after 8 years and this is the first time being performed in a program.

The competitions from the Academy of Finance team were highly appreciated and were one of the strongest teams in the competition, leaving a deep impression on the judges and viewers.

The contest ended, with pedagogical ability, talent and solidarity, passion for job, the Academy of Finance team excellently won the first prize of the whole group (the block of non- training teachers) with with Hung Vuong University and Vinh University. The first prize for teacher training division belonged to Tan Trao University, Hanoi University of Education 2, Hanoi Pedagogical University.

Assoc., PhD. Pham Thi Thanh Hoa, the representative of the Academy of Finance, received the Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Education and Training and representatives from 5 schools with first prizes of both groups.
