2. Establishment

- On January 11st, 2010 the Minister of Education and Training issued Decision No. 179/QD-BGDĐT to approve the program of action to implement Resolution No. 05-NQ / BCSD's Day Jan 6^th, 2010 Party Commission Ministry of education and training on management innovation of higher education during the period 2010-2012, the universities and colleges should be organized to build and publish outcomes for the training of school occupations.

- On June 4^th,2010 Minister of Finance issued Decision No.1296/QD-BTC on promulgating regulations on organization and operation of the Academy of Finance, including the establishment of the Centre for Foreign Languages ​​- Computing

- On Dec 30^th,2010  Institute of Finance issued Decision No. 1285/QD-HVTC on promulgating regulations on organization and operation of the Center for Foreign Language and Informatics

- Center for Foreign Language and Informatics officially operate from there until now.

3. Functions, Duties and Authorities

a. Training and retraining of Foreign Languages, Computer Science

- Organize the training and retraining of Foreign Languages, Computer Science curriculum for amateur A, B, C and higher

- Coordinate organizations, educational institutions and international prestige in the Institute to assess the foreign language proficiency standards for students as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training

b. Organize service activities

- Organize the training and retraining of Foreign Languages, Informatics under contract for individual organizations, within and outside the Academy's

- Organize the training and retraining of skills soft horizontal, communication skills for organizations and individuals inside and outside the Academy

c. Collaborate with organizations, educational institutions and international prestige in the Academy to develop training programs and fostering Foreign Languages, Informatics specializes not reach the levels A, B, C and higher

d. Collaborate with organizations, educational institutions in order to link of Foreign Language and Informatics

e. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of the Academy.
