| Functions and Responsibilities |
In charge of administration activities for Party Committee Office, Trade Union Office and Youth Union Office.
Provides advisory to Standing and Executive Committees of the Communist Party, Trade Union and Youth Union.
Engages directly in regular activities relating to the Party, Trade Union and Youth Union.
Performs collective music, sport and contest events. |
