Faculty of Business Administration was founded according to Decision 1237/QĐ-BTC dated May 16th 2003 of the Minister of Finance.
The faculty consists of three affiliated divisions:

Functions and Responsibilities |
Education and Training
Undergraduate students: the faculty in charge of delivering courses of marketing, business administration and economic management to a wide-range of students from all the faculties of AOF.
Graduate students: the specific subjects such as Science of Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, etc. to all the graduate students of AOF.
Scientific Research
Design syllabus, curriculum of business administration courses
- Compose textbooks and reference books
- Conduct research projects in business administration, marketing, etc. The research results are published in specific journals or in monographs.
Academic management
The faculty has the authority to manage learning and research performance of Marketing and Business Administration students.

Introduction to the faculty's majors
1. Business Administration
1.1. Training objectives: training bachelors majoring in Business Administration to master in-depth knowledge of corporate governance; have skills in performing management tasks such as: strategic management, human resource management, quality management, marketing management, production and operations management, financial management, organization and administration of activities production and business activities of enterprises of all economic sectors; Ability to plan policies, strategies and business plans. Acquire additional knowledge of business and commercial law.
1.2. Career opportunities: Graduates are capable of undertaking professional work such as:
- Production management, strategic management, business project management, human resource management, sales management, supply management, other management activities at enterprises of all economic sectors.
- Working in departments performing the function of state management of business activities in state management agencies from central to local levels.
- Able to do teaching, professional scientific research at schools and scientific research agencies, research institutes.
2. Marketing
2.1. Training objectives: Training bachelors majoring in Marketing to master in-depth knowledge of Marketing; have skills in performing administrative tasks such as: Marketing management, brand management, Marketing research, distribution channel management, advertising management, public relations, sales and sales administration... organizations and enterprises of all economic sectors; Ability to plan policies, strategies and marketing plans. Master the basic knowledge of corporate governance, accounting, corporate finance, international marketing, legal knowledge of business - commerce.
2.2. Career opportunities: Graduates are capable of undertaking professional work such as:
- Develop and implement business marketing plan; strategic planning, policies and business plans of the enterprise; marketing investigation research; analysis and programming of marketing; building and promoting brands; planning the distribution system and planning the logistics activities of the enterprise; building the quality assurance program ISO.9000, ISO.14000, HACCP of the enterprise.
- Ability to undertake marketing jobs at organizations and businesses of all economic sectors such as: Marketing, Marketing Management, Brand Management, Public Relations (PR), Sales and Management sales management, distribution channel management, advertising management, marketing research, other marketing activities.
- Working in departments performing the function of state management of business activities in state management agencies from central to local levels.
- Have enough knowledge and skills to set up and develop your own business.
- Able to do teaching, professional scientific research at schools and scientific research agencies, research institutes.
