Facilities Management Department was established by decision of the Academy of Finance in 2002. Originally from Facilities Management Unit of University of Finance and Accounting old Hanoi. Facilities Management Unit of the university of Finance and Accounting is separated from Management Administration in 1972.

II. The process of establishment and development

Facilities Management Department was established by decision of the Academy of Finance in 2002. Originally from Facilities Management Unit of University of Finance and Accounting old Hanoi. Facilities Management Unit of the university of Finance and Accounting is separated from Management Administration in 1972.

III. Functions and tasks

- To advise the Board on the management, infrastructure equipment in service management staff, faculty and students.
- Planning the construction, repair of buildings and structures; purchase of assets, equipment, stationery annually on the basis of the needs of the units of the Academy.
- Management of land, infrastructure and structures in the Academy
- Purchase of equipment (excluding information technology), stationery serve the management, teaching and learning of the staff and students of the Academy under the provisions on financial management State of the Ministry of Finance and the Academy.
- Management service of the auditorium, the hall layout plan in accordance with the Academy's training.
- Management service of electricity and water;
- Inventory management
- Manage and serve the pool
- Manage and serve 700 seats Hall
- Manage and serve telephone system
- Organization assessment, periodic report or extraordinary property and equipment at the request of the Academy and the Ministry.
- Management, allocation and use based layout work, study and housing for individuals and units of the Academy after obtaining the approval of the director of the Academy.
- Transfer of assets between units from the surplus to the deficit, after obtaining the approval of the Director of the Academy.
- Management of general service operations serving staff, employees and students.
- The workplace hygiene
