Through years of operation, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Academy of Finance has been growing fast in terms of quantity and quality of the activities of the movement and the work of the Youth Union. Besides the main function of political education, ideological for union members, young people, inspire the creative spirit, shock, excitement forefront of the youth in the areas of education, training and research school, building and protecting the country, the general health of the community, the youth Union Finance Institute also organizes a lot of activities to support students in the Academy of comprehensive development, dynamic. Every year, there are many activities Youth Union organized and directed the organization in all academic fields, scientific research, skills training, cultural activities, entertainment, sports welcome major holidays of the Academy, the city of Hanoi and finance sector.
Under the leadership of the Party Committee directly, the Board of Directors, Youth Financial Institute has achieved many accomplishments to be proud of and be recognized, appreciated superior delegation from the organization. Many groups and individuals with outstanding achievements in operational activities and youth movement group has received several awards of the Central Union, the Youth Union in Hanoi. Many A / c has become the typical young faces not only in Academy but also become elite youth, the outstanding young party members are the Central Division, Hanoi Youth Union recognized. Also thanks to the activities and achievements, each year, hundreds of union members were attending elite class awareness of the Party and of which there are many outstanding members were introduced and honored to become Party members Party Communist Vietnam.
Youth Union Academy of Finance is closely held 7 and 10 associated functional departments directly under the youth branch, ensuring that teams are always operate smoothly and extensive deployment to more than 12.000 youth union members, students in the Academy.

Currently, HCM Communist Youth Union continuous deployment activities under the spirit of Party Congress resolutions Fifth, tenure 2015 - 2020, in accordance with Resolution Congress Youth Union Academy sixth, tenure 2014-2017 action slogan: "youth Financial Institute for Solidarity, creativity, shock, volunteering and active integration" and the basic objectives of the entire term of office as follows:
1. 100 % Youth Union members to study the guidelines and policies of the Party and the statte: rules and regulations of the Academy of Finance; Resolutions Congress Party at all levels; strive to 2014, 100% of the youth delegation to study, learn some legal relating to the rights and obligations of Youth.
2. Attractive from 70% to 75 % of young union members to actively participate in the activities of the Youth - Student Association organized school; 100% of union members participated in the program " Train union members ".
3. Strive 100 % Youth Union members to actively participate in the campaign "Vietnam Youth study and follow the moral example of Ho Chi Minh".
4. 100% Youth Unions, youth branch engagement and contain the response to the campaign "Say no to negative in examinations and achievement in education."
5. 100% of the staff delegation from the union or higher-level spending regularly trained, professional skill work teams in each school year; 100% inter-Youth Branch, 70% on maintenance union activities and union regularly achieve strong title.
6. Youth Academy actively expand the business model, the forms promote study and financing; accelerate the movement "Young Creative" in the Youth Union members, promote the improvement of the quality of learning of unionists and students. Strive every year, the percentage of students with academic ability rather upwards at least 70%.
7. In each academic year, each Youth Unions, Clubs Student Scientific Research held the minimum level roundtable on 01 learning methods - Scientific research for students.
8. There are at least 400 scientific studies department level, 200 scientific research projects Academy level or higher to ensure good quality.
9. At least 5,000 students participated in the volunteer blood donation, relay season , being young volunteers , volunteer at local residence.
10. Fostering at least 300 elite members propose object recognition and referral Party elite 180 unionists propose the admission of the Party.
11. To further the cultural and art activities, sport to contribute to building a civilized lifestyle, healthy young unionists.
