Political duties
Builds and implements plans and programs on political, ethical and law compliance education.
Organizes political and law compliance courses for students.
The department has the duty to resolve political problems and complaints of students.
Coordinates with Youth Union and Student Association to conduct campaigns on communication to encourage students taking part in social, sport and charity events.
Issues relating to Communist Party memberships of students.
Student Management
Building, implementing and modifying regulations on student affairs of AOF.
Managing student profile entries (student reference codes, student identity cards, etc.)
Providing administrative services towards students
In charge of emulation, commendation and discipline toward students
Providing and processing student support policies such as: sponsorship, scholarship, incentives, etc.
Coordinating with external agencies to manage issues related to students of AOF.
Managing student accommodations
Conducting periodic overall learning assessment of students.
Dormitory management
Developing regulations on management and use of dormitory properties; regulations on accommodation, living and learning of students in the dormitory to submit to the Director of the Academy for promulgation.
Organizing the implementation of regulations on management and use of dormitory properties; regulations on accommodation, living and learning of students in the dormitory ... issued by the Director.
Approving student reception in the dormitory
Guiding students in the procedures for temporary residence registration for students in the dormitory as prescribed (including foreign students).
